Due to security restrictions, I’m unable to publicly display or share my work from Wells Fargo.Â
While sharing visuals of the Wells Fargo Customer Remediation Platform and its supporting documentation is against Wells Fargo’s content sharing policy, I can speak to some of the responsibilities as a lead UX designer on the project team.
Some of those responsibilities include:
- Responsible and accountable for UX design deliverables across multiple feature sets
- Partnering with and Providing direction to other design team members
- Translating the business requirements into design mockups
- Partnering with Research team to conduct interviews and usability studies
- Synthesizing experiences from process maps, artifacts, business requirements, and user research findingsÂ
- Proposing new features and functionality as the project proceededÂ
- Rapidly iterating on featuresÂ
- Leading client interactions to explain the design and capture feedback
- Comfortably leading client discussions during our weekly end-user meetings
- Designing the initial platform mockups that laid the foundation for all future platform work
- Auditing current systems to provide opportunities for improvement
- Consulting with BAs and Analysts to advise on user story creation
- Consulting with Tech leads to assist in the development documentationÂ
- Building and maintaining an up-to-date client-facing prototypeÂ
